Every area below is a page in the dashboard, grouped exactly the way you will find it there. Try all of it in mock mode before you connect a real Discord server.

Support

Turn scattered direct messages into a queue your team can actually work through.

Tickets

Several ticket panels, each with its own opening message. Claim, rename, close, reopen. Replies travel both ways between the dashboard and the Discord channel, and every ticket keeps a transcript and a rating.

Ticket groups

Decide which team sees which tickets — billing, sales, general support. The server enforces it, so a restricted member cannot reach the others by guessing a URL.

Unban requests

Banned members appeal on a web page after signing in with Discord, and your team answers from the dashboard. It stays a conversation rather than a one-shot form.

Moderation

Act on problems, keep the record straight, and leave people a fair way back.

A channel nobody has any reason to post in. Whoever does is banned automatically and their messages are removed across the whole server.

Verification

Make new members prove they are human before they can chat — a button or a captcha, with attempt and time limits, then the role is granted automatically.

Self-roles

Panels members click to give themselves a role, or take it back. Plus autoroles on join and roles that expire on their own.

Temporary voice channels

A hub channel members join to create a room of their own — named, size-limited, optionally password-protected. It disappears again once the last person leaves.
